Three Bedroom, Three Bathroom (1,800 sq. ft.) - Shores Club Units 601 & 1007 (sleeps 8):

• 2023-24 Rates:  $2,100-2,450/week, plus $170 cleaning fee, 12.5% FL tax - (excluding summer and special event weeks)
• Summer 2023 Rates:  $2,650/week, plus $170 cleaning fee, and 12.5% FL tax
• Plus $300 damage/security deposit - this is refunded back to you after your stay (assuming no damage).
• Monthly rental also available September to January only - inquire with your dates for more information
• Fall Weekly Discounts Available - please inquire with your dates

3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom (1,700 sq. ft) - Peck Plaza Unit 17SE - sleeps up to 8

• 2023 Rates:  $2,100/week, plus $170 cleaning and 12.5% FL tax  (excluding summer and special events weeks)
• Summer 2023 Rates: $2,300/week, plus $170 cleaning and 12.5% FL tax

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

• The standard rental week is Saturday to Saturday.
• There is a $500 per week deposit at time of booking, and rent balance is due in full 60 days prior to check-in.
• Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m.  
• Absolutely no smoking is allowed in condos.
• Lost building entry key fobs will be charged a fee of $75.
• No pets allowed.  
• Upon departure, dishes should be clean and linens washed, except for bedding.
• Sorry, no rentals to vacationing students or groups of young adults (under age 25), unless parents/guardians check-in and stay in the property.

• $300 refundable security/damage deposit for all 3-bedroom condos (waived for repeat guests)
