Three Bedroom, Three Bathroom - Unit 601 (sleeps 8): $1,500/week September - May (excluding special events) plus $90 cleaning fee ($95 eff 6/1/12) and 12.5% Florida tax, plus $25 administrative fee, total of $1,813.75. $1,600/week June, July & August, plus $95 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida tax, plus $25 administrative fee, total of $1,931.88 Monthly rental also available September to May at the discounted rate of $3,500/month plus $90 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida tax. $25 administrative fee charged on all rentals - this includes the convenience of using Visa or Mastercard if you choose to do so. Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom - Unit 403 (sleeps 6):

$1,000/week September - May (excluding special events) plus $70 cleaning fee ($75 eff. 6/1/12) and 12.5% Florida tax, plus $25 administrative fee, total of $1,228.75.
$1,000/week June, July & August, plus $75 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida tax, plus $25 administrative fee, total of $1,234.38.
$25 administrative fee charged on all rentals - this includes the convenience of using Visa or Mastercard if you choose to do so.

Rental Policies:
The standard rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. Late check-ins after 4:00 p.m. need to make prior arrangements with rental office to pick up keys. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in condos. Lost building entry key fobs will be charged a fee of $75. No pets allowed unless authorized by the office. Dogs up to 20 lbs. allowed; sorry, no cats. Upon departure, dishes should be clean and linens washed, except for bedding. Sorry, no rentals to vacationing students or groups of young adults, unless parents/guardians check-in and stay in the property.
Deposit Policy:
$300 refundable security/damage deposit for 3-bedroom condo $300 refundable security/damage deposit for 2-bedroom condo $100 non-refundable pet deposit
Refund Policy:
A 60-day cancellation notice is required in order to receive a refund of your security deposit. A $25 administrative fee is charged for refunds on all cancellations.
